The Colon Hydrotherapy Clinic
The Colon Hydrotherapy Clinic offers colonic irrigation in Nottingham, situated at our specialist surgery in Sherwood just a few miles outside of the city centre. It is run by our Registered Nurse, Janet Stafford, who established the clinic in 2016. Sherwood Colon Hydrotherapy Clinic prides itself in providing a friendly, professional and discreet service.
Colonic irrigation involves the cleansing of toxins and leftover waste from the colon via the natural means of pure water. The treatment last around 60-90 minutes.

About the Colon
The colon is the large intestine that forms the last part of the digestive tract. The colon is responsible for the absorption of water, the assimilation of nutrients/minerals, as well as the synthesis of vitamins. It eliminates food residue, using friendly bacteria that inhabit the colon. However, this system can be easily upset by stress to western diets, medications, lifestyle choices, alcohol and smoking.
How Can Colonic Irrigation Benefit Me?
